Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes lead generation, maintaining strong communication with clients, and addressing their needs to build long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new business with existing clients.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Lead Generation and Communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Delivering presentations, marketing strategies, and plans according to clients’ needs.
- Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
- Conducting meetings with the clients and informing them about the current work status.
- Dealing with all aspects of a campaign.
- Leading project management activity.
- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Making ‘pitches’ and other agency staff to win new business for the agency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Sales Account Manager.
- Media Agency background is a MUST.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
